    The anticipation is killing me!

Just think of the people who have been waiting for this for over a year! I sent the document to Polk Customer Service in June of 2011:
In June of this year I sent a PDF document entitled "The SDA Handbook" to Kim Jasper (Polk Audio's customer service manager) and asked that it be placed on the forum or elsewhere on the Polkaudio.com website. Kim gave it to Patrick. I assume Patrick will post it once he is caught up on other things.

I had forgotten about it until a member reminded me at this year's PolkFest at Stu's. Fortunately, Patrick was there and I could ask him about it. He said he didn't recall getting the document but he would be happy to post it if I resent it to him.

And just think it will only take Patrick about a year or two before he gets around to posting it.

There is not a 1st and 2nd edition Handbook. There were revisions to the 1st edition with minor organization changes but no change in content.

Just about any mom & pop print shop. The national chains are so paranoid about copyright infringement that they will probably refuse to do it.
