Hi. Does the tweeter dome of the speaker on the right appear to have been pushed in far enough to cause any damage? Thanks.

Looks pretty bad to me - I would expect it still makes sound but that the dispersion of the HF would be affected. I would call polk and get a price on a replacement and offer that much less perhaps...2 Channel - Polk SDA-2BTL, Carver TFM-35, Peachtree iDAC, Qobuz streamed via Episode Lynk using bubble UPnP server

Hard to tell. Maybe, maybe not. You need to hear it and also POP it out. This can be done in most cases. There are a number of techniques people have used on this site, to right pushed in tweets from light tape to suction. Do a search. Find what is best for you and pull it out. Then give it a very very very good listen!

usually not but get a good deal on the polks and buy a tweeter off ebay or if polk has them get a nice new one . I bet it may sound differant if its cloth try pulling the dome carefully with a safety pin , you could probebly find a tweeter on this forumn also .goofyGAguy wrote: »Hi.
