These were just put up 21 hours ago. No affiliation. Says they are 1.2tl's but those aren't the right tweeters and I can't tell from the picture if it is pin/blade or not. Anyone have an idea maybe the version and age that might have a better eye then me?

Looks like pin-blade. But those are SL2000's so not TL.
-
Nice heavy gauge speaker wire he's using there.

Any suggestions on an offer amount. I might have to look into these. Also if it is between these or a pair of 3.1tl's and you could only afford one pair which would you pursue?? Thanks for any input.

@la2vegas a decent set of CRS out your way. Tweeter replacement makes that mashed dust cap a non-issue.

Dude put them on Craigslist, so I sent him an email re: how firm he was on price. Said the $385 price is firm. That's his BIN price as well.
I may just hang around eBay since nobody has bid and I may just be able to grab 'em for under $300.

Figured that was the case, and this deal lined up perfectly. John Nooshin advised to pick them up (he knows what he's talking about), my wife is out of town today (always a good thing when acquiring new gear) and I had the day wide open, the truck filled, and as you know, today was the rainy day that never happened.
Thanks for the recon on the others. They looked like way more work and I think that while $100 is a fair offer for their condition the brother may well want to just part them out.
I still owe you a Beverage of choice for your work though. We'll set something up, or if you want to join John and I for the LA Audio Show, we can settle up then.Living Room (HT):Denon AVR X-3000 ; Ascend Acoustics Sierra 2s ; Ascend Acoustics Duo Center ; LSiFX Surrounds ; Sub – Rhythmik F12SE

@Smallies they're strictly for tuning the F3(?) of the driver.

Umm huh?? WTH are you talking about? -
@Smallies they're strictly for tuning the F3(?) of the driver.
And IIRC Polk redesigned the driver and the newer drivers didn't need the doughnut -
