    There's a pair of 3.1tls on Ebay that I was looking at, I queried about the interconnect cable, which the seller doesn't have. So I was looking at options. About half the price of the original cable if you can find one.

    So back in January this CL post showed up in Northern Michigan:

    A pair of mint 1C's. No mods other than the RDO-194 tweeter replacements. Just a bit too far of a drive for me. And besides, I'm in the middle of a 1C complete overhaul. So I let it go.

    Today while talking to a buddy at work the subject of these speakers came up. He told me his kids were currently vacationing near there. 30 minutes later, his kids were on their way to the seller, loaded them up into their vehicle, and now they're on the way to their new home!

    So this is the 3rd set of SRS 2.3's I have seen for sale in the last month in the Portland area. I have yet to hear a set and am wondering how these would compare to my 1C's. Anyone here have a set they'd be willing to share some insight?

    I've noticed California is purging Polk Audio Big Boys for years.

    Did Polk sell a lot of the big boys in Cal. in the 70's?
    Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.
