Help with receiver wiring

I should have my new system in this week and have some quick questions on wiring.
1. My receiver has speaker A and B outputs. My Monitor50 speakers have a jumper that's removable for bi-amping. Can I remove this jumper and wire them independently from the Speaker A and B outputs on the receiver?
2. My receiver is capable of 7.1 but for now I will be running a 5.1 setup and upgrading to 6.1 or possibly 7.1 later. I have surround and surround back outputs. Which do I wire my existing rear speakers to for now?

I'm certainly no expert, but I don't think that will do anything.........Biamping with a receiver accomplishes nothing - I believe you need separate amplifiers to biamp. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong!

I just clarified in the manual that this is not possible...

For the surrounds you would initially wire the surrounds and set the receiver accordingly for 5.1. For 7.1 you would connect the back surrounds.Sony 60'' SXRD 1080p
