I've had my m60's since Feb 2011 (brought from Newegg.com) and the left tweet is crackling since last week. I run an HK 3490 and never push it past -15db so I don't think I'm playing it too loud. Has anyone had this problem? Would Polk be able to send me a replacement? Thanks for any info.

Try swapping speakers to see if it is the speaker's problem, or if it is something else. Polk's warranty seems to be very good, although I haven't had to use it.

I run the same stereo setup, sounds pretty awesome!

Tried all the usual stuff and it's definitely the tweeter. I'm just hoping I don't have to send in the part and have to wait three weeks until I can use my speakers again. Oh well, I may have to break out the old ADS monsters I have stored in the attic if it comes to that.

If Polk CS walks you thru it, they'll likely have you swap tweeters first to make sure it isn't a crossover issue.
