Ouch! ryanjoachim, if you think you have problems now it will just get worse as you age unless you take some drastic measures now.

I'm only 31, but I can't even put into words how many of my little aches and annoyances went away when I just started eating better / exercising more. I'm 5'10" and was 200 a year ago, so not even hugely overweight by any stretch, but dropping those extra 25 pounds (I'm 175 now) has made a world of difference with things like sleeping. I also had persistent acid reflux (that caused snoring and all that kind of ****) and kept me up that's just completely gone.

loseit.com is what really helped me, btw, if anyone is interested.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

From what I understand, this is an application for Iphones that you must buy, correct?

Nope, it's free, for iPhone and Android, and they have a website (also free) that does the same thing as the apps, so you don't need a smartphone at all.

Find some "magic" brownies, you'll get some of the best sleep you've had in awhile!

I'm all out of pills and I'm too tired to exercise so I did what any logical man would do. I stripped down to my underwear and lit some candles. Fixed a nice cup of Spiced Chai Tea, grabbed my favorite smokes and meditated in from of the TV until I got my Chakras all lined up. With my potourri brewing and my wife ready to serve me at my command I was finally able to balance my internal night and day clock. I just think aroma therapy is a great way to get these stresses out of our lives so we can all enjoy pain free stereo.

Natural is the way to go here.

It's not anything fancy - you just log what you eat and when you exercise. Calorie counting is by NO MEANS perfect, but knowing how many calories you're putting into your body, and where the bulk of them are coming from, is a good start.
