I haven't missed an episode so far and, as always, this one delivered.

Oh yea, team Rick here! Talk about taking care of business on those two asshats.

Shane is the gas that makes that engine go.
I prefer Dale to be eaten next: sort of a perv around Andrea and he acts holier-than-thou. -
I'm glad the drama got broken up with the gunslinging in the last scene. Good thing he put them down quickly and in one smooth motion. Here in Oklahoma if you go in for the killshot you get sent to jail Oh, wait that wasn't a pharmacy.Main Surround -

I agree. It was an excellent ending. Yet another tough decision Rick had to make right on the heels of shooting Sophia. As a result, his character has gone from kinda boring to VERY interesting in the span of 1 1/4 episodes.I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Saw it last night. (how did i live without DVR?). Loved it!
A lot of people didn't like last season, but I thought it was great. The show is very REAL and that's what I like about it.
It seems like everyone wanted this:
"hey look! a farm! with people! and away from most of the walkers! they have some kind of doctor! Cool. Let's keep going down this road full of cars and walkers"
wtf?

I missed the episode except for the final 2 minutes. All I saw was "spoiler" laying on the ground with his stomach ripped to shreds. I was glad to see them not pull the 'I know Ill be dying in a few minutes but can still have a full conversation' routine, but sad to see him go:frown:AVR: H/K AVR240

Then you missed quite a bit. Three scenes come to mind, all involving the little boy Carl. The kid is losing it and fast becoming a Mini-Shane. You'll understand when you watch the entire episode.

This show delivers a good story line week after week. I also realize part of the appeal for me is that I love target shooting, and they get to shoot at REAL ZOMBIES for target practice.VTL ST50 w/mods / RCA6L6GC / TlfnknECC801S

The old **** was too rigid and inflexible for the times they are living in. The idealistic stuff he continually preached was losing it's audience more each day. He was never gonna' be anything more than in constant misery and out of Andrea's pants .....better off dead all in all IMO !

Dale was lucky the zombie didn't stick that .30-06 up his keister. Sure didn't do the dumbass any good hangin from a sling ! -
DAMN, another great episode! Once again, I didn't think that would happen. The interesting part...after he died, he turned into a walker. Obviously there's another sub-plot brewing with people turning that didn't get bitten or anything.
Next week is the season finale with TONS of Walker blasting action! No excuses! -

I hear ya, we had more main characters die in these two episodes than all of the borefest of last season (well "season 2 part 1"). I thought after the little talk between lori and "the person who died" things were gonna change with him, I guess not.
About them dying and turning into zombies without being bit I'm not really a fan of. I guess since I'm part of the younger crowd with movies like 28 days later's virus approach being the norm, this concept just seemed a little out there to me.

The latest episode started off slowly but delivered good action in the end. I never bought into the way they were so casual about the virus transmission so the latest change with no bites is only a minor stretch. It would indicated that they are all carrying the virus.Panasonic 65" Plasma - Panasonic Blu-ray. Onkyo TX-NR809 RTi A7s fronts - MK CS150s surronds.

I don't think it's unrealistic (in a world with zombies that is...) that when they've been around zombies as much as they have, the virus couldn't be in the air or just by touching one of them. Not enough to where your immune system couldn't fight it off while you're alive, but when you die, it's enough to overcome you.EndersShadow wrote: »Lori needs offed cause she annoys the crap outta me...

Carl is starting to annoy the crap out of me. I like Rick. And you gotta keep the farmers daughter:cheesygrin:

Close quarter skull mushing of the walkers certainly atomized some zombie blood, and the resulting pink/black mist was surely ingested & inhaled by the human musher.

Appears that Robert Kirkman can barely contain how excited he is about this week's finale...
Expect another death of a main character and the Big Reveal as to what was whispered to Rick at the CDC last season.

DAMN!!!! Amazing season 2 finale! The hooded person with the samurai sword and armless walkers on chains...WTF! Apparently that's a women under the hood. Season 3 is going to rock!
Anyone watch Talking Dead afterwards? Gotta say it...Laurie Holden is pretty damn hot!No excuses! -
Excellent ending.....the changing of directors at mid-season in reality was what this show needed, and provided a spark. The last 5 minutes of the show will be talked about and speculated until the first episode of season 3.

Totally agree. And totally called it.The only character I really enjoy at this point is Daryl. Perhaps it's the acting, but I suspect it's the directing.

For those of you not familiar with the comics, the hooded character at the end of the show is named Michonne.

Overall great end to season 2. But I have to say the part where they explain where the zombies came from was plain bad writing. What were they thinking "well, we should explain where hundreds of zombies came from, but wait, we can't have people forget about the chopper very briefly seen in season 1. There you go, zombies follow chopper, end of story"
If anyone watched the talking dead show after, someone asked if either meryl (daryl's brother) or the father and son come back next season, one of the writers said 33% will come back for season 3. I'm assuming this means meryl unless either the father or son (I forget their names) died. It be nice to finally get those cliffhangers from season 1 wrapped up.AVR: H/K AVR240
