Any idea if the threading will match the spikes on the CRS+ stands? If I could put a set of them on the CRS+ stands I'd definitely be in for a set of 8. Thanks!
Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.

Yes, those stands are also 1/4-20 and I have tried both MyeSound and these, and they both fit perfectly.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I'm really pushing him hard for the $18 a set(8)....not sure if he's going to go for it but that's my goal guys. They're currently $28/shipped, so even $20/shipped would be an excellent deal.

If we group buy 50 sets off him, that's more than he'll sell in 3 if not 6 months, in ONE sale alone....so we'll see how much he's willing to bend.

Cool! In for a set. $18 or $20 is fine. $2 in this hobby ain't worth the energy it takes to type this

Yeah, guys....even if you don't need them, get a spare set for down the road or just to have handy. You KNOW you're gonna kick yourself if you don't jump on this price while you can....I mean we're talking potentially $20 for a set of 8, real decent spikes.

PLUS, you could add them to your next sale on eBay or elsewhere and charge double if you write the copy up nice and graciously. That's a sale with paid for spikes and if you do it right, it might pay for the ones you keep. You gotta think about the big picture guys, lol.

Please put me down for 3 sets. If they are $18 to $20 shipped, that is a phenominal deal!! Thanks for working the group buy details out for all of us.

Put me in a for one set of eight for my 15's then.

Make me in for 2 sets of 8.

I might need them eventually if I build a stand for my center once I get the setup finished.

Cant go any higher w/o consulting and that might cause issues for me

This is a great idea and a great deal. I wish I needed more but am covered now.

The reason I'm posting is weight capacity. If you have SDA SRS/1.2/etc. series these will probably still work if you are careful, but may be pushing the weight capacity.

In for a set as well, but let me be clear. These are the type that will work for speakers that don't already have existing spikes? So I drill the appropriate holes, insert the nuts, screw in the post and then the foot?

Solid brass has no issues at that weight.

These are the same thread pitch as existing spikes Brock. Plug and play. If you don't have spikes, yes, they are ready to be installed and have the appropriate hardware included.
