My Polk speakers surrounds are shot and I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get replacement parts to re-edge the speakers with the butyl rubber surrounds. All I have been able to find are foam surrounds.

You should be able to find kits online, maybe from parts-express or another reputable vendor if you simply look.

I can't recall any of Polk's speakers using foam surrounds, but just as a heads-up if you're replacing a speaker's surround, use the same type of surround that came right out of the factory. Replacing a rubber surround with a foam surround or vice versa can alter the characteristics of the driver. I can't speak from personal experience, but it's just something to possibly consider.

You can't get replacement parts for Polk drivers. Just call Polk CS and order replacement drivers tell them your a member of CP for a discount.
