B&K Ref200.2--Too Hot??

I just purchased a B&K ref200.2 on Ebay. When I got it home I plugged her in (nothing hooked up) and turned it on. I confirmed no DC at speaker outputs and just left it. After it being powered on (no speaker or singal hooked up) the heatsinks are quite warm (about as warm as my AVR after watching a movie).
My question is to anybody familar with a MOSFET AB design or someone who owns one of these amps. Does this indicate a biasing issue?? The way I understand it a class AB amplifier is biased such that the FETs are barely on with no signal. Consequently there should be minimal current flowing, and little heat.... Any thoughts O wise ones? Should I hook this thing up? How could I investigate a potential problem further? I would like to ensure this amp is sound otherwise a claim must be filed.
Thanks in advance.

I have the same amp. Mine doesn't have heatsinks on the outside cabinet? Does yours? Or, are you feeling the heatsinks on the inside of the cabinet?

B&K amps tend to run on the warmer side.

While the B&K Ref 125.7 I had ran quite warm, I've noticed that the 200.2 runs quite cool compared to any amp I've had. But I know there is some different topology (or whatever) going on too.

I am feeling the outside of the cabinet directly above the heatsinks.

Well, I would say mine runs warm in that area, but the kind of warm you could leave your hand on all day without getting too hot. The Classe and the B&K 125.7 I had both ran warm enough that you wouldn't leave your hand on it for more than 5-10 seconds without it getting too hot.

I hooked her up, and she sound so sweet. I had bought, used, a B&K ST1400 II and a ST2140, but both had problems. However, I loved the sound of them both (they started distorting when driven past 30% or so. Hopefully this amp is all good.
My LSI15 are loving all that juicy current :).
