    I'm sorry, but the original stands are BUT ugly, and the custom stands are a work of art!! Too bad that member shows no interest in making them for other members. Maybe the cost factor would be out of whack too?? I don't know. I know the stands I am getting with mine are heavy, heavy duty and was very expensive new, so I'm rolling with what I have coming. If toolfan decideds to do a run, I hope to be in line for at least a quote on a pair!!

    Pix of the stands that will be home for my custom CRS+'s on the way. Now to decide on what to fill the stands with (not that they aren't already stupid heavy, it's just that the former owner is such an audio crazy man, that he said to fill with lead shot and make them like brick heavy stand to give the suspended in air effect. Is that right?? Maybe I'll start a thread about that if nobody chimes in here, and sorry to knock those original gosh awful looking stands, IMHO!!

    Talented is a understatement. Those are a work of art a masterpiece. I bet if we all beg perhaps they would go into production, I could use 2 pair. :twisted:

    The problem in doing a run of these is time, this is not a project I want to fill my free time with.. If one or two people end up with them it's just luck nothing more nothing less..

    Beautiful work. The welding and finish grinding on the angled end caps alone must have eaten up a ton of time.

    They are beautiful, no doubt about it you sir are an artist! I am plenty happy with my original stands, thinking about getting my hands on some lead shot to make them heavier, and more solid. I think a clear coat at the point that you sent them out for the powder coating would be pretty kick a55 with a pair of black laminate 'studio' CRS+
