Thats the thing, i didn't ask for a debate i asked if members had tried that wire and how they liked it/recommend it or something else based off them using it. However it did not turn out that way with the exception of i think 3 or 4 post.

I did and do not care for the Mapleshade brand at all. They don't have the overall dynamics that my current MIT have and it may be superficial but the aesthetics are simply awful. The smaller, less high end rig I used them in sounded as good as the low/mid Audioquest that were installed although the low end sounded very thin....a lot like Nordost to me.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Thanks for the feedback Doro. What wire would you suggest under 3bucks a foot for my surrounds? I'm gonna end up with at least 30foot runs for each speaker maybe a tad more.

    www.signalcable.com

The Classic Speaker Cable....is as low as I go and the standard, starter brand for everything I do. I don't like nor use Monoprice, BJC or anything in that bracket. It's more than $3/ft....and I'm sure you can find something that is more in line with your requirement.

thanks, i was looking at their cables earlier today. Polkies still get a discount from signal don't they? I gotta get em to make me a power cord for my amp. Won't need a 6foot cord once i move, might just have to get everything all at once from signal.

Yes, you still get a discount which usually ends up being free shipping depending on how much and what you purchase.
