    There is more sparkle on the top end. Bass has more authority and extension. Everything has more clarity. There was some smearing present that I wasn't aware of until adding the new receptacle. Also micro details are captured more clearly. I'd have to say the biggest difference is that instruments have more separation and more three dimensional.

    This is not true. Check your local building codes because there are still places that will let you do what you want inside your own home with out paying for a licensed professional.

    hey guys, I will leave the high quality plug and power cord and receptacle debates to those who have/can afford to install and compare, we cant.

    What i was wondering, since we are going to replace our breaker box, breakers, and some wiring to the wall outlets, and some outlets, is.

    Are there better brands of service/breaker boxes, are there better brands of breakers.

    And since we will be replacing just a few short runs of wire to the outlets, are there superior type available at home big boxes or elect. supply houses.

    I think we will go with the hospital grade receptacles, at least for the build quality.
