I would be willing to bet that the mall employees who took the photo on the phone, leaked it, or allowed it to be filed off their security monitor will end up unemployed because of this idiot who will more than likely make some type of settlement out of it.

I loved the chuckling of the mall guards videoing the fall off the monitor... which is what was done.... not like the mall released the tapes.

I have a friend who fell in a fountain, this fountain was in a lobby of a building. the fountain was off for repairs but the water was still in the pool. the fountain was even with the floor, there was no border between the pool and the rest of the lobby.

He fell in, when he fell he broke his shoulder and the security guard yanked him out of the fountain by pulling on his arm that was on the side of the broken shoulder.

He sued for $250,000.00 and he won $80,000.00

That fountain is filled in now. So no more fountain. If there was a guard rail or something there he would hae never fell in. Bad architectural design.

More like bad brain design for your dumb friend, but either way.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Frivolous lawsuits should be punished. One years suspension of license for the lawyer, and 5 years probation, for the parent law firm.
Terms of probation would be simple: One more silly suit comes out of your office, your WHOLE firm loses their professional, and business licenses for 1 year.
And let some freshman lawyer, try and pay back 7 years worth of college loans, on a paralegals salary.
I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

We are in the very early stages of this investigation...

    What investigation?

She was f*****g irresponsible and fell into a fountain due to her own negligence.

    It's on video.

It looks like you and I are the only ones so far seeing her lift that leg as if to prevent hitting herself on the shin. It looks staged to me also.

What is really sad is that she could win under new anti-bullying laws, and comments in Internet forums could be argued by a lawyer that are a form a bullying too.

My immediate reaction was "Is it really EVERYONE?" I bet it's more like half of 1 percent of the population that are like this. I bet the VAST MAJORITY of people out there realize how idiotic lawsuits like this are...
