Awesome Trey. I didn't know you had your dog or I would have sent some extra fish. I had a chihuahua mix I saved from a crackhead. Yep, it's a good story but too long for here but she had one eye and ran on three legs but walked with four. Now I have an SPCA black lab pit mix that was crazy and scuzzy but is sweet and healthy and plays well with everyone. I've never bought a dog and never will. My friend with the 1c's picked up a stray about the same time you did, also a black lab pit mix but you wouldn't have known it from the mange. Now she's fat happy and shiny as well as full of love.
Give me a bit and I'll send up some more fish to share with your pup. Tomorrow im cooking a dozen lobsters caught today. We are going fishing and will probably get plenty of yellowtail for the game party poolside in our upper seventies sunshine. After I make my gumbo I'll put together a package for you and your mom and pooch.

There will be several artists here including Bill Mack, Gary Weldon, and a best selling author. I'm pretty sure they'll wind up in the SDA sweetspot with me dags in their lap.

aAwesome Trey!! I'm beside myself, love the story and the pup, what a sweetiepie, folks forget a pit is a dog, will always love its peeps, but be a bad owner you get a bad dog, not the dogs fault, it's the owner, just like all these bad children out there, blame the owners!!!!

God he's gorgeous! Dogs are so resilient, he'll do just fine with 3 legs, should that one be removed, he just needs love and he'll hopping along wagging his tail, giving smooches to ya, please keep him! Bless you Trey!!

Very true. My buddy has had two 3-legged Boxers.

You are a gentleman and a scholar! Thank you! When I go to Fl next I will look you up and buy you a beer or four! Thanks again!

Thanks everyone! Buddy is definitely a great dog - would never hurt a soul! :-)
