    Wow! What did I start?

I just logged on and read from post #80 or so... Wow.

I don't know what to say... I don't believe that I was trying to ramp a post count, or brag about my 100 posts, it had taken me a bit of time and a lot of learning to get there. I do not know George, from the few posts that I know I've seen him post, he seems like an alright person, and that he knows whats what in the audio world. I'm sure that I will never be of service to him on this forum, and I'm fine with that. Nobody needs to come in my defense. I will be fine if there is one person out there who doesnt like me, nor wants to deal with me. I think we need to close this one down, lets all sit down, think about what went wrong here, and get over whatever it is we're getting over...

My dad gave me valuable advice years ago regarding the work force:

When starting a new job, "Keep your eyes and ears open, and your mouth shut".

Pretty good advice that applies in a lot of situations.
I believe that advice is self-explanatory. Don't know, maybe that's "old school" advice that is no longer applicable, but I like to think it still applies.

George Grand certainly doesn't need any defenders, to be sure, and those who voiced objections to certain remarks were, IMO, definitely not "kissing arse". Maybe that's "old school" thinking, but I like to think not.

The only thing negative I can say about George Grand would be that if I'm NOT on his bozo list, what the heck's wrong with you ? I have to put myself on "Ignore" at least every couple of months to keep myself on the semi-straight and narrow.

Now, I suggest we all quietly back out of this thread and allow Jstas and HI to have some alone time.:smile:
