Curt - I have a care package coming next week with some Polk stuff and some stuff from me personally to pick on you and hopefully make you laugh. Don't get too bored, don't stay in bed all the time and make sure you keep focused on the physical therapy for your body and brain. Get well soon.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Curt,

It's GREAT to see you back. What an accident! I've seen people hit moose and total their car, and my son ran his car and a truck off the road but walked away a few years ago.

You're really lucky and being young is probably the best thing you could have going for you....but no one should have to go through that. I remember being rear-ended and have my car flipped and totaled--looked pretty much like you describe. I blacked out for about 30 minutes and, as you describe...had no recollection of anything that had happened; but several weeks in a coma--that's something, thank god you came out of that!

As for playing guitar...that will come back. Muscles have memory too. Pick the string box up and have at it--it is great therapy. I used it in Grad School when I would wonder, "what the heck am I doing here?" After a few tunes alone--the question didn't matter anymore.

If there's anything you need, or we can do for you, DON'T hesitate to ask.

    Welcome back!
