I've got this featured lined up to watch tonight. I'll be turning my sub on for this event. Should be fun.

Oh, your sub's gonna get a workout. I watched this on my 9.1 setup, and there's some BRUTAL surround and bass! Better audio on this one than on X-Men: First Class.
    Equipment list:
    Onkyo TX-NR3010 9.2 AVR
    Emotiva XPA-3 amp
Polk RTi70 mains, CSi40 center, RTi38 surrounds, RTi28 rears and heights
SVS 20-39CS+ subwoofer powered by Crown XLS1500
    Oppo BDP-93 Blu-ray player
    DarbeeVision DVP5000 video processor
    Epson 8500UB 1080p projector
Elite Screens Sable 120" CineWhite screen

I just got done watching it and man brings back memories of being a child reading my loved comic books.
The Warrior within that the displayed in Thor was awesome.

The movie I thought was fantastic. I was not let down in any way. I watched from beginning to end and never felt bored , worried or disappointed in any way. This movie was done very well , acting , CGI , Soundtrack all very good. A comment on the sound track YES the sub gets a full workout as there is some damn low end in this movie WOW!! The placement and movement was right on point. My system sounded incredible. Absolutely a new Demo and a must own for my collection. I got it from Netflix and now I want to run out and buy it.

I'd give it a strong 4 out of 5 stars , it wasn't perfect but not disappointing in any way.

    It was awful.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

The movie was amusing and pretty well acted for a comic book movie. I wouldn't buy it, but it was better than expected. Didn't check the technical reviews, but that movie rocked my system pretty hard.

I enjoyed the 7.1 soundtrack as did the rest of the family. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed the movie and its always fun sharing some popcorn, bon-bons and rasinets in the theater room on a movie night.
