I know you've already reached 100, but I was curious. You originally from Mich? If so, where? I grew up in St. Clair County (Port Huron, Marysville)

Not originally. I was born in Georgia and grew up in southeastern Ohio. I lived in Ypsilanti for about 8 years though and got to know the area. I did go to Port Huron once. A friend and I decided it would be fun to drive all the way around the "Thumb" one night. It wasn't really.:p
    Sounds good to me...

That's neat. Favorite band is The Band, but you mostly listen to jazz, R&B and psych rock.

I probably have a couple thousand hours on that second Band album. The masterpiece.

Ok then the question would be would one prefer to be famous or having people to be nice to them? Don't you need to be famous for people to be nice to you

    Nooooooooo. Nooooooooooo. Noooooooooo!

People are just as likely to be mean to a famous person as they are to a non famous person. Another thing to consider is that famous people have to deal with types of non-nice (mean) behavior that regular folk don't have to contend with such as:

    1. Having your privacy constantly invaded.
    2. Paparazzi camping out outside of your house in hopes of catching an unflatttering "candid" photo of you or someone close to you.
    3. The drunken antics of your 5th cousin twice removed being prime news on CNN just because they are related to you.
    4. People shaking you down for cash.

Generally, people are much, much nicer to non-famous bishops than they are to famous actresses. You know it's true.

Town was named after a Greek general. (I think)

Ypsilanti is the home of Eastern Michigan University but is likely better known as the home of the most phallic building in the world. Check it out:D
