also based on ones body size. I know guys that weigh 150 that can do that but then if you are 220 your only doing 2 times your body weight (you normally are supposed to be able to do your own body weight)

so for me its more impressive to see a guy who weights 135-150 doing 400 then a guy who is 220 doing that

I lifted an 8 oz burger at lunch and put it down. Almost broke a sweat! Almost! It was the 7 oz Manhattan that did me in.

lol the 135lb guy was a buddy of mine that was a big wrestler in high school and college. I did do it one time when we went lifting, however could only get 2 reps out but still, pretty amazing for a guy his size. however also very short. my height of around 5ft 5in.

I remember my days. July 2002 with a 600 pound raw squat and watching the mirror in front of me. My eyes blood red. Veins bulging out of my forehead and then the trickle of blood coming out of my nose. Funny thing is, that was the proudest day of my life. Never did it again either.

I did 78 push ups this morning. I could have done more, but the cigarette smoke kept getting in my eyes.

Strain a neck shaving, I can believe it! I got up one morning several years ago and as I was standing in front of the pot doing my thing, I reached back to scratch my back. Bad move! I wrenched my back and proceeded to spray all over the the place as I fell to the floor!:o Cracked my head on the shower on the way down. So there I was, leaking all over the place, bleeding from a cut in my head and my back screaming! What does my wife say? Gordon, you're making an awful lot of noise, you're going to wake the kids!! All I could say was, ugh!

Lift weights? You've got to be kidding! I can't go to the john without getting hurt!! And that ain't lifing much:D:D
