Crossover Setting for RM8's with PSW111

I have a new setup with my Sony STR-DA6400ES and an RM95 set (4 RM8 satellites and an RM8 center) and a PSW111 sub. On account of being too lazy to do all the extra cabling, I used the LFE out on the receiver to the sub and I used the individual channel outs on the receiver to each of the fronts, center, and surrounds.

My question is about a couple settings the DA6400ES offers and how to find the optimal setting. If there is no source for such things, then I'd appreciate any recommendations. The receiver comes with a stereo mic and does auto calibration, but I never trust such things. The settings in questions are:
  • Impedence (choose 4 or 8)
  • Crossover Frequency (currently set to 120Hz for the Fronts, 140HZ for the cenger and 110Hz for the surrounds). This might be a factory setting or this might be bad settings from when I was messing with the auto calibration. This Crossover Frequency is really the heart of my question.

Thanks in advance.

Correction... It's Subwoofer out, not LFE out that I used.

Welcome to Club Polk. Sorry it took 2 days to answer your question. The impedence is 8, everything else looks good. Enjoy.
I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

I'd lower the center's crossover frequency. 100-120 Hz is the ideal range for this system- play it by ear :)
