    Work stuff. I identify and buy residential real estate deals for my clients, do the cost-benefit and market analysis, consult through the building process so they hit their margin, and then sell them. This is a condo conversion of a former 2 family Victorian house located 3-4 miles from Boston. The photos are a bit tight because there are still tools in the way. Start date May/June 2008, Complete gut, including LVL, microlam, etc.
