I identify and buy residential real estate deals for my clients, do the cost-benefit and market analysis, consult through the building process so they hit their margin, and then sell them. This is a condo conversion of a former 2 family Victorian house located 3-4 miles from Boston. The photos are a bit tight because there are still tools in the way.     CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
