What do ya'll think? Are we on the verge of the apocalypse? With famine, disease, natural disasters, and war being so wide spread, are we on the verge of a catastrophic shift of biblical proportions?:)

Nothing different from the last few thousand years.

This thread should last about 5 minutes.

I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

I am being serious, There are biblical prophecies being fulfilled before our eyes. Israel beging divided, Gaza being forsaken, famine, disease, destruction and war. Food prices are rising, we are running out of supplies of so much!

Btw, Demi, you don't look so good. You sure you feel okay? I think the presidential race is bringing you down a little. And now with the apocalypse right around the corner, I can imagine trying to lead the forums through such a trying time.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll run to the store for a loaf of bread and canned food.

Can I start on the tunnel tomorrow or do I need to get to work right away?

That's great, it starts with an earthquake, birds and snakes,
an aeroplane - Lenny Bruce is not afraid.
Eye of a hurricane, listen to yourself churn,
world serves its own needs, dummy serve your own needs.
Feed it off an aux speak,, grunt, no, strength,
The ladder starts to clatter with fear fight down height.
Wire in a fire, representing seven games, a government for hire and a combat site.
Left of west and coming in a hurry with the furies breathing down your neck.
Team by team reporters baffled, trumped, tethered cropped.
    Look at that low playing!
    Fine, then.
Uh oh, overflow, population, common food, but it'll do.
Save yourself, serve yourself. World serves its own needs, listen to your heart bleed dummy with the rapture and the revered and the right - right.
You vitriolic, patriotic, slam, fight, bright light, feeling pretty psyched.

It's the end of the world as we know it.
It's the end of the world as we know it.
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine.

Six o'clock - TV hour. Don't get caught in foreign towers.
Slash and burn, return, listen to yourself churn.
Locking in, uniforming, book burning, blood letting.
    Every motive escalate. Automotive incinerate.
Light a candle, light a votive. Step down, step down.
Watch your heel crush, crushed. Uh-oh, this means no fear cavalier.
Renegade steer clear! A tournament, a tournament, a tournament of lies.
Offer me solutions, offer me alternatives and I decline.

It's the end of the world as we know it.
It's the end of the world as we know it. (It's time I had some time alone)

The other night I dreamt of knives, continental drift divide. Mountains sit in a line
Leonard Bernstein. Leonid Brezhnev. Lenny Bruce and Lester Bangs.
Birthday party, cheesecake, jelly bean, boom!
You symbiotic, patriotic, slam book neck, right? Right.

Yes my son, it is time for you to climb to the top of the highest hill, and then jump off. Trust me, you will not die. And remember this is God, not Polkitup2 talking. Carry on.
