Started work on a RCM(Record Cleaning Machine

Well, I decided to take the FUBAR elac turntable I had an convert it into a record cleaning machine. So far I built the arm onto the table with a spring on the underside to hold it firm and level on the vinyl. I used felt( i have probably 20 yards of brand new felt here) to make the brush, it's about 3/4" wide. Hopefully today I make it out to go find myself some sort of hand pump with tubing to make a vinyl cleaning solution dispenser.
Yes, I realize it looks like crap, but it works great, it holds nice and level on the vinyl and it's a good recycling project for that old turntable. This has no vacuum so I will be making another arm to go after it passes under the felt, probably of microfiber to do the drying.
Here is a crappy video of it in action. This was just a crap test vinyl I had on there, when it's done I obviously will turn the machine off before i slide the arm off.

Oh yea, feel free to make negative comments on what should be fixed/adjusted, etc. I know this looks like a hunk of junk, but it works at the moment and it's cheaper than buying the VPi machine.

Vacuum I'm kinda stumped, any ideas? I would prefer a small unit with a hose, people suggested to use a shop vac but those things are so damn loud.

You can by the vacuum arm assemblies from VPI:

$120 is way too much for a vacuum. At that point I might as well just buy the whole thing used for $400
