    It's not legal unless you write it in cursive. Printing your signature is not binding.....oh wait your talking 'bout the sig. which appears below your posts....Nevermind :D .

    Is that actually true? I remember reading that only the first letter of each "word" (first name, last name) has to be legible for it to be a legal signature. At least I hope that's true.

    LOL....don't ever come to the Polk Forum for legal advise :eek: . It seems reasonable to me, but let's let Judge Judy decide. I don't know with absolute certainty. I know if you have to get something notorized in my state, it has to be a written signature unless there is some type of disablility. I suppose if you are right there watching them print their name and you accept it, it's binding.

    That's a good way of getting out of paying your tab....just tell them that's not your signature :p .
