It's not legal unless you write it in cursive. Printing your signature is not binding.....oh wait your talking 'bout the sig. which appears below your posts....Nevermind :D .

    Seriously, looks like it worked

Is that actually true? I remember reading that only the first letter of each "word" (first name, last name) has to be legible for it to be a legal signature. At least I hope that's true.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

LOL....don't ever come to the Polk Forum for legal advise  . It seems reasonable to me, but let's let Judge Judy decide. I don't know with absolute certainty. I know if you have to get something notorized in my state, it has to be a written signature unless there is some type of disablility. I suppose if you are right there watching them print their name and you accept it, it's binding.

That's a good way of getting out of paying your tab....just tell them that's not your signature :p .

I couldn't resist checking out www.distantdream.com. Interesting music. I wouldn't mind having a CD of theirs.

Speaking of how close a signature must be to your actual name to be legal...or at least accepted by Wal-mart employees...

Chuck Norris once bet NASA he could survive re-entry without a spacesuit. On July 19th, 1999, a naked Chuck Norris re-entered the earth's atmosphere, streaking over 14 states and reaching a temperature of 3000 degrees. An embarrassed NASA publically claimed it was a meteor, and still owes him a beer.
