SVS Pc Ultra Plus Phase?

Ok. I am not exactly sure what I am supposed to be listening for with this adjustment. The phase lets me choose between 0 and 180 but I don't really understand what it accomplishes. Do I just fiddle with it until I am satisfied or is there a method to the madness? :confused:

    I'm glad this came up again, it has been a long time since I messed with the phase. Maybe I can finally tell a difference.
    Denon #2900, Denon stereo receiver, Conrad Johnson Sonographe 120 amp, Blue Jeans cables, and Klipsch RF-7's

    In my room, there is a definite difference in output when I adjust the phase. Maybe you guys are just lucky and have flat response.

    Combo rig:

    Onkyo NR1007 pre-pro, Carver TFM 45(fronts), Carver TFM 35 (surrounds)
    SDA 1C, CS400i, SDA 2B
    PB13Ultra RO
    BW Silvers
