Reminiscing about my old friend Norm (Normanality here) that passed away in 2008. Norm played slide trombone and would jokingly say anyone could blow and push a valve button, we have to slide for the notes. While the cover for the Bill Watrous Manhattan Wildlife Refuge is lame to some, the music isn't. The Phil Wilson Sextet was another fav of his along with the Firehouse 5 plus 2, consisting of members of the Disney animation department.

Just about every YouTube video I post I either have the CD or vinyl record. I have every Messer Chups CD and vinyl release. They are a great modern surf band from Russia. Oleg "Gitaracula" Fomchenkov is a surf guitar virtuoso and his bass player Svetlana "Zombierella" Nagaeva is awesome too.

I post the YouTube videos on almost all my music-related forum posts (if one is available) so the music can be heard and in some cases seen if there is a video rather than just positing a picture of the album cover which in my case would probably be stuff a lot of people on here have never heard and wouldn't mean a whole lot. I hope you don't mind?

I like it when other people post links to what they are listening to too so I don't have to look it up when I see something interesting. I'm always on the lookout for new stuff. You posted some cool stuff earlier that I looked up to check out.

In addition my physical media collection, I have a massive multi-terabyte FLAC collection that I have accumulated over the past two decades.

No shortage of stuff to listen to and am constantly adding more. ;)

Here's the CD this came from. I rip all my CDs and scan the artwork as I add it to my digital library....

Messer Chups is pretty-popular worldwide. They have a cult following and usually headline any surf rock venue they perform in.

We prefer to see what the music is without having to watch a video. You don't include artist, album title. Sharing a video is fine, but include the info.

Well with me you get the bonus plan.

Not only do you get to "see what the music is", you also have the option of hearing what the music is! :)

By the way, no one is forcing you to click on the video link. It's purely voluntary. So you can just "see the music" if you prefer without hearing the audio. For you it can just be a visual experience.
