hi there. I've had a command bar for a few years & it always occasionally disconnected from Bluetooth but now it's doing it constantly.
my set up is basic. - bar connected to TV via optical cable as TV doesn't support arc.
TV connected to Android box via hdmi.
so I'm watching TV on the android box with the sound muted & listening to music sent via Bluetooth from either an android phone or a Windows tablet.
when either TV or box are on the Bluetooth to the Polk Command Bar fails in seconds or it may work for half an hour at most before constant disconnects. then it reconnects back to the TV source.
however if I turn the box & TV off the Bluetooth will work all night.
I've tried another soundbar using exactly the same cables & connections & it works perfectly.
please advise? thanks.
