Rush needs to go purely instrumental. Geddy's voice is gone.

I wish my favorite acts didn't keep going to the point of embarrassment.

It’s lame to compare her and Neil, she is a great replacement, great pick for the band. They could have had many other well known drummers fill that spot, I believe Neil would be proud of their choice.

    She kicks **** IMO!!

She's excellent, otherwise she wouldn't have been asked to join the tour. Appears to have good strength and stamina. Playing The Camera Eye is tough! B)

Even Neil had to adapt his playing style after the 1970s-1980s. Alex has changed his style but in my opinion his slightly slower playing now sounds better than ever. Geddy's live voice sounds pretty much like it did 15 years ago. Anyway, the tour is to please the fans again and I think that delivers.

Anika is not Neil. I do believe that she realizes that, and Geddy and Alex knew there was not going to be another Neil. I think she is an awesome fit for a retooled Rush. I don’t know what to say about Geddy’s voice currently. He is getting up there in birthday’s. How long can you sustain that range? It could be worse,he could sound like DLR today………….(I don’t mean to trash DLR. His first stint with VH is still my favorite.)
See my profile for list of gear.

I was skeptical at first. Watched the full concert on YouTube and must say, Anika did Neil justice. Some may disagree, but I thought she performed well. Granted, she's not Neil, but still, I think they honored him and Anika nailed it.

I attended the show last Sunday in Fort Worth. I was blown away with how good they were. So much so that I bought additional tickets for the show that was postponed on Tuesday. Now I’m anxiously awaiting the 7/11 show.

The show is on for tonight. If it’s like the Sunday show I attended it should be awesome.

I read that Neil was sick of touring. He physically struggling to play up to his standard. And his standard was otherworldly in my opinion. His family is supposedly down with this. Is it weird? I guess so, but Rush has always done things their own way. I’m sorry, marched to the beat of a different drummer!😂 Sorry I couldn’t help myself tee hehe.
Rush fans are loyal beyond belief. If they are good, so am I. Not sure if they will try to write new music as Neil wrote the lyrics.
Good day EH! Rock on EH!🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
It’s a beauty way to go!

The show was greatness. After intermission they played Moving Pictures from start to finish. I really enjoyed it. Will be getting tickets for the Monday show. So I will have seen them 3 out of 4 nights in Fort Worth.

I really like Rush. As do my neighbor and friend from elementary school. We are having a blast. Last night when they played all of Moving Pictures it was awesome. Camera Eye, Witch Hunt and Vital Signs were greatness.

Here is a video of the show I found on YouTube.

Early 80's Signal's tour they came to Champaign Illinois. I was there in good seats. Prime Geddy voice, I'll never forget, complete Moving Pictures and most of Signal's. Breaking into 2112, EPIC! I too have seen several tours, never a disappointment.
