That's the uber-rare pin-blade-blade model.

The early first SDA 1's had a plug type interconnect socket. The middle area showing fuses are only placeholders for extra fuses. The fuses in service in-line are held in place under the black caps screws. The owner may have decided the use the receptacle as the original interconnect pins may have broken off. It could possibly work. Let me know if I'm wrong. -
