    this one? https://www.parts-express.com/Mogami-W3103-1-ft.-Superflexible-High-Definition-2-x-12-AWG-103-1023?quantity=1

At that price I would be using the Supra Rondo for less money or make a shotgun build with the Rondox4

Yes sir, that's the one. I see it on Even Horizon and Services for about 10 cents a foot cheaper. I ordered my Mogami AES cable from them for the DAC I have coming.

Mogami makes good stuff, I have their XLR cables.

Dollar for dollar the Supra Rondo is just great wire. Very high strand count, flexible, sounds great.

It seems like every few years, every forum has their favorite DIY speaker cable of the month/year. The OFC version of Canare StarQuad (4S11G) also makes a great speaker cable and is cheaper. You can essentially build an 11AWG shotgun in one cable run. There is also a coax version of Mogami (W3802) that some people really love although I'm not really a fan of coax for speaker.

I dunno as you start to reach 10 a ft there's so many options.

    Dh labs t14 is stellar

Duelund dca16 is a favorite of mine

It's not all about the gauge. The duelund dca line in cloth is freaking amazing wiring. My entire rig from ethernet to speaker is duelund dca

FWIW: Duelund wire of various kinds is (are?) a big fave of the tubes 'n' horns crowd that I run with. :)
There's a little bit here and there in my hifi, but I haven't made the plunge (yet).

The new 10 gauge stuff is so good, no idea why duelund doesn't show off the cross section of it but it's vastly superior winding to the 12 gauge stuff. Very very impressed

In the Professional world, Mogami is considered one of the very best cable companies. Another one that is highly rated would be Daddario which is what I use along with Mogami. I love their build your own solder less cables, I use it thoughout my entire Guitar rig.

Hificollective.co.uk to their rescue, that's it. Duelunds marketing arm doesn't do much but they post on Facebook pretty regularly

Great wire, not cheap but excellent

The Dueland cable is not exactly known for being neutral. I'd advise anyone to evaluate their system and figure out if they want or need more vintage sound and harmonics before jumping on that bandwagon.

What's the reason for tinning a copper cable with such a poor conducting solder?

Mogami makes good wire. I use it on many of my custom made interconnects and some speaker wire.

For years people have talked about how poor the tinned copper wire Polk used in their vintage speakers was because it is tinned, but now that Duelund has put their name on basically the same stuff it's great!?!

I've got a bridge to sell ya.

The vintage Polk wiring is a very low strand count wire versus duelund and the supra rondo.

I'm a big fan of tinned copper but not a big fan of the stuff Polk used as far as quality goes.

It definitely has held up compared to straight copper wire I have seen in older speakers.

No reason to tin the combination of fine angel hair and solid copper wires in these cables as oxygen has no chance of reaching the wires. Just saying...

I've been using Viborg bananas for a while now. Silver plated copper on the mains and pure copper on the rest. I'll use the pure copper for the Mogami cables for a new 3.0 set up.

@mantis I've seen those however I stick with the pure copper version of this plug throughout my system. I do however use the sliver plated bananas for the 2ch mains.
