I think I blew the tweet/?? on my 707's . is that still replaceable? id like to replace the entire assembly. the teardrop set. whatever it is.

Having yours repaired is your only option unless you can find a used one on eBay, etc.

if I remove the driver and it doesnt say 4ohms on my meter then its toast right ?

Maybe, maybe not. I suggest you inspect the crossover for a cooked resistor first.
