As a kid, I read a Superman comic book where he moved old cars and steel to the Southern Hemisphere to balance the Earth's weight. I decided to ask Google AI if my memory is correct.
Here is the Question and Answer.

notice that the answer above doesn't answer the question, but rather parrots it as fact with no additional details.
I'd feel good about this, but I am pretty sure that AI is just playing stupid to lull us into a false sense of security. :#

NASA has another fantastic observation reported that seems to link human ingenuity with the apparent rotation of the planet. According to their studies, construction and operation of China's Three Gorges Dam resulted in a slight, measurable change in Earth's rotation: it slowed it by 0.06 microseconds. The apparent minuteness of this phenomenon is a result of how the water reservoir of the enormous dam redistributes the mass of Earth, subtly acting upon the Earth's rotational motion.

Good catch on the Superman parallel.
I scroll past sciencealert.com clickbait because it's consistently based on little to no science/data and ridiculous assertions/conclusions.
    Impressive <> Important
If you're pointing to sciencealert.com (and its ilk) as an example of doing it (news, media, and science, in this case) wrong, I agree.

    I saw that too.

I really wanted AI to find me an actual Superman comic book with the story.

After all, AI only knows the facts, conjectures, etc "we" provide.

I wanted the comic book in my hands to read again. I purchased most of my comic books in a Rexall Drug Store in Villa Rica Georgia. We went there after doctor appointments and to get refills of prescriptions. The drug store later was destroyed by a gas leak and multiple people were killed. One of my Sunday School mates was killed. I was in the pharmacy the week before the explosion.

So I decided to ask AI one more question related to the Superman Comic Book question.

The explosion did have a subsequent impact on me later in life at the age of 17-18, some 5-6 years later.

The financial strain mentioned by AI caused the city of Villa Rica to strictly enforce speed limits throughout the city and impose exorbitant fines. Villa Rica become known as the "speed trap" town.

I was 12 years old by 2 days when the explosion occurred. In the late evening one night about 1963, I was pulled over for speeding returning from a visit to see my cousin in Atlanta.

I had to pay one of those larger than normal fines, but I was still thankful that I wasn't blown up in the gas leak.

With all the drinking going on I'd be wondering where the outhouse be at as I don't see one.
We went on the "booze cruise" in Tampa Bay years ago and that triple decker boat had only 2 toilets for 50+ people........it was not even close to enough.

Just a couple of issues here...This was supposedly from a Home Depot install of a range. Huge liability for them, if in fact this was the case....'cause I'm pretty sure fire or death would not be covered by insurance on this one.

I mean that's how you would wire a 3 wire setup? You connect the ground strap to the neutral. Remove ground strap for 4 wire. Missing the collar for strain relief

I'm not saying it's right by the way lol

I'm wondering if the ground strap is actually connected to the back of that neutral connection block.
