I had a similar thought to that expressed by @F1nut -- the top half of that looks quite nice.
I'd probably eat the whole danged thing.
As an aside (of sorts), Mrs. H and I had an amusing conversation over dinner of other "frozen on a stick" opportunities for "treats" (in the broadest sense of the word). Her suggestion: sauerkraut.
