  • Hello Michael,
Welcome to Polk's forum. You have an FR1 soundbar and there's no power, correct? Can you tell me how long you've owned it?
    Best regards!
  • Thank you! Merry Christmas and I will let you know if this resolves the issue. Again thank you for your time and promp attention. Tell your friend the same for me. Be well friends!

  • @SeleniumFalcon - I am having the exact same issue as everyone else. We unplugged the FR1 soundbar to move the TV and other things and now it won’t turn back on at all. We’ve even tried a new power cord - nothing. Can you please reach out to your friends at Polk and have them email me with a solution? Thank you!

He responded that a likely cause of the problem could be a faulty power supply. Are you able to measure DC voltage? It should be 15 volts DC. If the problem is with the power supply, replacements can be ordered from Polk at: 1-800-377-7655. Let me know what you find.
