I have an S2 Soundbar with subwoofer. Sub will not stay powered on.
I have disconnected it, changed power source. The green power light flashed for about a30 secs or so then goes out.
Soundbar itself is powered on.
Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever sort that issue out?

Hey, guys! Guess why I’m here.
Super disappointed that you didn’t get an answer. -
The best way to get help is to telephone 1-800-377-7655 and follow the prompts to soundbar assistance.

I'm gathering.
Seems kind of pointless to have a section dedicated to troubleshooting if the common response is just "Call customer service". Thanks for reminding of the number, though. -
You're welcome.

An update since I hate stumbling on old posts where people say they have problems and you never learn of a possible resolution to the issue.
So the reason I came here was when I would plug my subwoofer in, the power light would turn on for like a second and then shut off. I did the unplug-wait 30 seconds-replug thing. I tried plugging it into different outlets. I did all kinds of silly things.
Finally I wondered if perhaps it was getting a shutdown command from the soundbar for some reason or other and so I powered down and unplugged the soundbar for 30 seconds or so. When I plugged it back in I got my bass back.
This is fantastic news because after happily using this setup for a few days I went ahead and tossed all the packing material and was not looking forward to having to source a bunch of packaging to send it in for service.

For EffingBass:
I’ve been dealing with that same issue for MONTHS and couldn’t fix it. I wish I could hug you right now. -

@Chucks,
Hello, welcome to the Polk forum. I know one of the things that's always recommended as a first step is to do a thorough reset. To do this you unplug the AC power cord and leave it unplugged for at least 15 minutes. Then reconnect and see if it comes on, you might have to repeat this procedure four or five times to get an effective reset. -
Thanks SeleniumFalcon, I try it

@EffingBass thanks a bunch. Unplugged both of them for one minute. Turned them on and I had bass again. Thanks
