Man, I haven't heard this is a long time...never on the big rig. Sounds pretty damned good. Wouldn't mind listening to this on vinyl.
Tom~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~ -
Okay, don't knock this one. This is NOT normal listening....
It came on as one of the weekly Qubuz tracks, right after a song that needed to be turned up a bit. I couldn't get to adjust the volume before it began.....and I'm glad it didn't. This actually sounded phenomenal.

Detroit pop/rockers the Sunday Funnies were comprised of vocalist Richard Fidge, guitarist Ronald Aitken, keyboardist Richard Kosinski, and drummer Richard Mitchell. After debuting in 1970 with "Heavy Music," issued on the local Hideout label, the quartet released its self-titled debut LP a year later on Rare Earth; 1972's Benediction, produced by Andrew Loog Oldham, was the Sunday Funnies' swan song.

Listening to Steely Dan. I picked out my favorite cuts from all the albums.
Digital playback can be great! Right now I'm using the Stax headphones.

This is from the current line-up, post 2000?
With "Fito", still playing as the long-time1960's CH drummer?
I haven't listened to any of their newer albums.
Adolfo "Fito" de la Parra replaced John Cook, to become
Canned Heat's third drummer in March 1, 1967 when they opened
for The Doors.
