Polk Magnifi 2 soundbar issue - soundbar stuck with all colour diodes blinking

Soundbar does not play the sound. The display LEDs blink green, red, blue, and white as shown in photo. Power off/on action and holding power button does not fix that - after initialization soundbar stuck in that state. How to fix it?

Hello, welcome! I know the first thing that's recommended to try is a thorough reset. You do this by having the bar on and then unplug the power cord. Leave it unplugged for 15 minutes then reconnect the power. You might have to repeat this process four or five times to get it completely unlocked. Let us know what happens.

Hello, I think I already did reset more times than 4 or 5. What does these diodes means? Is it something like error code (I saw some other diodes colour combinations on this forum, that's why i guess it might be a code error)?

He responded that he din't have a service center located where you live and that it would be best to contact the store that sold the soundbar to you for assistance.
