Polk magnifi 2 stuck and flashing

Hello,
It's been a week since my soundbar stopped working. It flashes with all the colors without stopping.
I tried everything, but it goes back to the same cycle every time.
I live in France for information. I emailed support but got no response.

"Have him hard rest the bar by unplugging it while it is on, leave it off for a few minutes and reboot it. This should reset the bar.
It may take a few attempts to reset it."

Hello, my problem is something similar but with a different combination of leds.
green, green, red, green, red blue, blue, blue, white, white.
It will have a solution, in my area there is no polk support. The team is magnificent 2. -
Sounds like it is locked up.
Try reseting the bar by unplugging it while it is on, leave it off few a few minutes, then reconnect it.
You may have to do this a few times to solve the issue. -

Welcome to the Polk forum. Have you done a hard reset? If not, with the soundbar on unplug the power cord, leave it unplugged for several minutes then reconnect. You might have to do this several times to make sure.
