SDA sound taking some getting used to.

That’s beautiful! Estimated cost?I would be interested in a parts list for the crossovers. I can and am willing to solder and assemble.
I found this old thread with pictures. Are those repo boards still available?

Gimpod boards are NLA. They pop up used occasionally but I wouldn't hold your breath. The original boards are adequate but, with the new capacitors being larger, you will need to do some planning.
Capacitors
2 x 4.4uF
2 x 12uF
2 x 20uF
2 x 40uf
Resistors
2 x .5 Ohm (to replace polyswitches)
2 x 2.7 Ohm
4 x 7.5 Ohm

I spent about $575 just on the parts (including binding posts, though) to rebuild the crossovers in my much simpler, red-headed stepchild RTA 15TLs a couple of years ago now and I continue to be blown away by their sound. Even if it is $300-$400 per speaker for the DIY cost, I would think the 1Cs would be worthy of the expense. Another ~$600-ish, total, for the VR3 plug-and-play version (if you get a discount by not going direct and not through eBay) doesn't seem out of line, either.

The @VR3 XO also has much better inductors. The Jantzen C-coils are not cheap and are fantastic inductors. The Supra Rondo wire is also more than a few dollars. There are more than a few man hours in his work.
To have a plug and play install XO is awful nice ☺️ they're no shortcuts in his work. -
Parts cost for inductors average 330 and take 3 to 4 weeks- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Meant “by going direct,” above.
With the additional info about the inductor cost, would be a no-brainer for me.

Going from the Erse super Q inductors that Dave (R.I.P.) @westmassguy had me send to him to make as close as possible to the Jantzen C-coils. The C-coils made a very noticable improvement on my SDA 2.3tl's.
The Erse super Q's I purchased to save a bit of cash during my first build were vastly different. One was almost 20mh the other was almost 16mh. IIRC they were supposed to be 18mh. That difference would more than likely been very noticable. Dave made sure they were both within 1% of each other -
The c coil is the literal perfect sda inductor! 🚀- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

I remembered you telling me that story when I was reading the recent posts in the decato 15TL thread and wondering how that guy’s inductors that he used as-is without measuring would’ve affected his build. Based on what you did to mine with just the posts/caps/resistors, I am convinced no detail goes unnoticed on these old speakers.
