Seit ein paar Tagen funktioniert meine Polk React Soundbar nicht mehr . Sie verbindet sich nicht mehr mit dem TV Gerät . Wenn ich Musik über Alexa hören möchte , wird diese nach ein paar Sekunden abgebrochen . Hab alles mögliche versucht , sie öfters neu installiert . In der Alexapp erscheint polk React online . Für Tipps wäre ich dankbar .

    Die ersten beiden Schritte, die mir in den Sinn kommen, bestehen darin, ein anderes HDMI-Kabel auszuprobieren und das verwendete zu ersetzen, da das verwendete möglicherweise beschädigt ist. Dies geschieht häufig, nachdem die Bar oder der Fernseher abgestaubt oder bewegt wurde und die Spitze des HDMI-Kabels versehentlich verbogen wurde. Die zweite Möglichkeit besteht darin, eine Strompause einzulegen, indem Sie die Bar zwei Minuten lang ausstecken, bevor Sie sie wieder einstecken.

    Überprüfen Sie außerdem die TV-Einstellungen. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der TV-Ton immer noch auf „Extern“ eingestellt ist.

    My polk react can’t connect to wifi and alexa and i also download alexa apps and i try several times to connect it to wifi and alexa but still cant connect and also cant install polk connect what’S wrong can you please fix this problem
