    UPS is gonna do what UPS does, regardless of the nice tape reminding them not to! 5 out of the 20 CD jewel cases inside are cracked and/or smashed. Three so bad that not even one of the three components (front/back clear cases and center black CD holder) were salvageable. Jackholes!
