Hello everyone! I have a problem with my soundbar. Yesterday, I wanted to listen to some music, and all the LEDs on it started blinking. I’ve already tried all the resets and unplugged the power supply for a few minutes, but it didn’t help. I’d be grateful for any suggestions.

    Hello,
    Welcome to the Polk forum. Whenever somebody has this kind of problem the first thing you should try is a power reset. To do this you have the soundbar turned on and then remove the AC power cord either from the wall outlet or the back of the bar. You then leave it unplugged for a good 15 minutes and then plug it back in. It might be necessary to repeat this process four or five times to get everything reset. If this doesn't help let us know and we'll help. Cheers!

    In that case you should contact Polk's CS department at: 1-800-377-7655 and have the serial number and date of purchase handy.
