No sound on Polk S4

I have new Polk S4 hooked up to Sony Bravia TV. Using HDMI ARC ports. No sound at all from soundbar. TV is set to play sound system not TV speakers. What am I doing wrong?

Just FYI I have been able to get it to link up by Bluetooth but sound is often scratchy.

The single LED is correct for your input, you might have to raise the volume on the TV's output. Any remote that can control the TV should work the S4 since you're using HDMI ARC. If you're still having problems contact Polk at 1-800-377-7655.
