Buenas tardes, tenemos desde hace 2 años un sistema de audio Polk 5.1 con la barra de sonido y altavoces de la serie react, nunca habíamos tenido problemas pero de repente tenemos microcortes de sonido, este se detiene por un segundo de forma casi periódica. Esto no sucede cuando estamos viendo la tv o alguna plataforma a través de ella, sólo sucede cuando ponemos una película con el Blu-ray y cuando ponemos un juego en la PlayStation 5. Hemos cambiado el cable de HDMI, hemos reiniciado y restablecido los valores de fábrica de la barra de sonido y sigue sin solucionarse el problema. Alguien nos puede ayudar por favor?
