Stereo cartridges on two tables currently in use. Have other tables I could put a mono cart. on, but haven't. I have maybe 100 mono. LP's but really don't listen to them often enough to justify. -

Thanks! I am just recently back into LPs and trying to understand if a mono-specific cartridge is actually a necessity or not. I have a hard time seeing why it would be, especially like you say knowing how infrequent you would actually play a mono record.
