Now - I realize this perpetuates outmoded stereotypes... but, still... I found it amusing, so I am gonna share.

    ... and...

"Had my own Craftsman screwdrivers from age 16 and never ever knew this."

    and, finally (for now)...

so... I guess guitar and keyboards are A-OK(?).

It's a shame Craftsman is just a shadow of what it used to be.
My dad always had the cheap stuff. I got tired of busted knuckles
and screwdriver ends breaking and started buying Craftsman
In high school. I still have a lot of that stuff, with some snap on stuff
mixed in. About the only things to break were 1/4 rackets and a
couple of sockets. Yes, I was abusing them. I did finally buy a 1/4 breaker
bar. My real issue is losing sockets. I found a couple of pawn shops in
Dallas with loose bins of sockets. I stocked up on 25 cent sockets.
I also got almost a full set of snap on deep impacts at a buck a piece.
The odd one missing cost me as much as the rest of the set.
It's also sad that they don't have the big Xmas tool deals anymore.
What few they display aren't all that great of a deal.

Every year I would shop in the tool dept. and leave with a lot of stuff from those Christmas special deals. I always loved their band saws but I just couldn't afford the ones I liked a lot.

I thought their tall toolboxes with rollers were getting affordable but they closed the one in our mall and I lost interest in those tall rolling toolboxes.

I bought a NICE classic Delta Heavy duty bandsaw from a Pawn shop for 200.00 years ago. :p

Anymore, a general toolbox from harbor freight is a much better box.
I have been thinking about dumping the Craftsman smaller boxes
    For one big one.
Current tool testing tells it all. Craftsman is just average.
An adjustable wrench test checked at what point stuff broke.
They had a classic Craftsman and new one along with other
brands. The classic outperformed the new one by quite a bit.

I think those are the SDA-R200TLs. I can tell by the amount of toe-in. Dead giveaway.

Nice space. Looks like the R100s? I wonder if he's using a sub.
If not, that could explain the wall proximity.

Had to take a close look. I almost thought this was just a staging photo, but I can make out the speaker wire now at the bottom of the left stand. Looks like MITs or Audioquest... [ducks and runs]

Thomasina maybe.....definitely NOT Tom. BTW, I have no relation whatsoever with it. Nor would I ever want to. Ever. At any time. For any reason. Even if my life depended on it.

    Larry, WTF man?
