Polk Magnifi soundbar not working

My soundbar wasn’t working and was showing 2 red lights, one bright, one faded. I unplugged the unit, plugged it back in and voila! It works! Set it up to pair with my tv. Perfect! All of a sudden the sound faded out completely, and now it shows a flashing white light. Any insights would help!

Ok so here’s an update. Managed to get it to work, but it slowly gets louder and louder, until we turn it down again. Don’t believe in leprechauns but what the heck??

Try leaving the soundbar "on" unplug the AC power, leave unpowered for a few minutes then reconnect the power. Do this same process three or four times in a row and see if that resets everything.
